This summer we are committed to educating our residents to recycle right! When we don’t recycle properly not only are we hurting our environment, but we are paying more in fees. As we develop a stricter recycling pilot program, we remind our residents about the following:
Household Hazardous Waste
We are happy to announce that our Household Hazardous Waste Collection the first weekend of every month resumes July 4 & 5! Residents may drop off paint, fluorescent lights and electronics at the Waste Transfer Station, located at the end of Wiles Road at NW 126th Avenue on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m. Learn more about our other Waste Transfer Services.
With Recycle Coach APP, residents can conveniently:
Avoid becoming a victim and bring any personal documents to the City’s next Shred-a-thon, where they will be shredded for free on site.
Here are some advices to apply during quarantine times: These are challenging times! I agree.. still please remember: “The situation may be overwhelming but coping with stress will make you, the people you care about and the community stronger”
